I think the truth of my book would have to be that there is always ways we can better ourselves. In my book there is a young girl who goes around helping everyone she meets. Each time she does so she gives away a cupcake that she had baked in a basket for herself along the way. Instead of eating them and keeping them for herself she gives them away to other animals she meets that need them the most. It is a way of saying that even though we do something for ourselves it doesn’t mean that we can’t do the same for other people. I think that her giving the. yo cakes away signifies a deeper meaning because she keeps giving a piece of herself away. It is interesting to see this because other people may just think of it as a nice gesture on her part. But they might not see how important it really is for her to give away those cupcakes with a smile on her face. This truth that is supposed to be in my book relates to this and how we can always help people even if it means giving up something that we want. It’s important to take a closer look at how we interact with each other because you never know how much it might mean to someone and how it could effect them in different ways.
